Don't try this at home!

You can file this one under the "stupid things people do to evade fares" file:
390-train-0414.jpg

This is a photo of an eastbound train going past Forest Hills.  If it wasn't stopping it most likle was moving at a very decent clip.  I sure hope he held on tight!

But it should, of course, go without saying that this is a really, really, really bad idea.  The only safe way to ride a train is inside! Not in between cars, hanging off the back, or on top of the train!

Use some common sense, please!

  1. I hope this was Eastbound, because if this was Westbound and it wasn't stopping at Woodside, he may be getting a swift headcut (not haircut) around Hunters Point...

    1. Yeah, it was an eastbound train. You can tell by looking at the station building that the train's on track 4, and that it must be going east.

But yeah, going west you'd likely get zapped by the overhead wires for Amtrak and NJT trains that start in HAROLD interlocking. Ouch!
